BWV question...from a very GRATEFUL friend of a DVC owner!

I have two of the most wonderful friends in the world (many of you know them I'm sure) and they've offered us time at the BWV in May.
They told us that we have a "studio" with a "preferred" view. Because I'm so geeked out about the trip and can't wait for details, can anyone tell me what exactly we should expect?! Or if there are any specific, fabulous studios we should hope for?!

Like I said, we are sooooooooooo grateful and cannot wait for our vacation!! Thanks so much fo any info you guys have!

Now you need to find out which "preferred" view you have!

There is a "preferred garden/pool" view, and a "preferred boardwalk" view. The descriptions are quite self explanitory, but it would be helpful to find out which one you have.

Is there a special reservation line for DVC reservations? I called central reservations this morning, but they said they wouldn't see DVC reservations until about two weeks prior to the stay...

There is a DVC number, but it supposed to be for the DVC owner's use only. Your friend should be able to call or can provide you the confirmation letter from Member Services that details your reservation.

You should grab a copy of that confirmation letter because it has your confirm # on it. You should have that with you in May in case there are any issues upon check-in.

you do have the confirmation letter from DVC - if so - look at the bottom - it will have numbers you can call

most importantly - check the name on the reservation - it has to be yours - the same one on your driver license that you will be asked to show at the security guard and front desk.

if not the front desk won't let you check-in.
