We are starting to try and budget for the last week of November in 2017. We are big into magic kingdom and Epcot. Wanting to experience the holiday events and decoration. Which resort do you recommend? We are looking to rent a studio villa at either Boardwalk, poly, of he Grand. Which do you recommend for two adults (30s) and why?

Getting a studio at the GF might be a little difficult. There aren't that many, so you would have to rent from someone that owns there.

You will need to be renting at exactly 11 months to have any hope at VGF or a BWV Standard Villa. You will need to be booking within the 11-7 month window for Poly, and possibly also for BWV Pool/Garden View. Any of these, in this week, will take a DVC home resort owner to book.

Poly has the most units, but is hard to get an owner with home resort points. I believe the first week of December booked before 7 months at Poly this year. VGF books BEFORE 11 months, as do BWV Standard Studios.

What I'm saying here: Be open to other options. All of these may be challenging to rent.

If you can get one, I would book the BWV villa. The EP resort area is so much fun. You will be within walking distance of two parks and tons of restaurants.
