Well, my BWV resale contract closed and I'm now a DVC member! Hurray!
That's the good news. The bad news is, I was also supposed to sell my house, and it *didn't* close on time! That leaves me strapped for cash until my house sells. So, I need to rent out the banked points that came with my BWV contract, and/or my first year's points.
Here are the BWV points I have for rent or transfer. I'm looking to get $11 a point.
I have: 175 points from my August 2004 use year. These can be transferred now. They expire July 31, 2005, but can be banked to expire July 31, 2006. I also have 87 banked points that are usable between August 1, 2004 and July 31, 2005. These can't be transferred.
My contract also came with 6 points that expire at the end of this month. If anyone renting from me wants them, I'll throw them in for free. (They would be useful if you are going to DVC this month; you use them instead of 6 of your own points.)
I have extensive references on eBay.
