Sorry for the late replies here -- apparently notifications still aren't working for my Disboards account! This reservation is a bit too small for us to work with. Typically we have a 100 pt. minimum although I'll fudge it a bit here and there. However for this one we are on a Dec use year so bridging December 1st is more complicated -- it looks like your dates are open in Garden/Pool view and likely by now you've found someone else to rent from

Yes I am sorry, this is the first year ever we have run out of points (we have 1000+). So after three rentals already on this thread, I have a good chunk left but not quite enough for your rental. Our rental process is this: You send me your DATES, ROOM TYPE and VIEW. I check and try to find you a reservation. If it's available, I'll ask you to confirm that is what you're looking for. Then I reserve it (SUCCESS!) and only THEN do you send me any money. We take half payment within 24h of booking and this is non-refundable. PayPal is great, you pay fees if using CC. I'll send you your electronic copy of the booking confirmation. I will help with DME and DDP requests of course once final payment (also non-refundable) is made, 35 or more days from your checkin. That's it!
P.S. If you're "looking ahead" to book something that's 11-12 months out, I do take those requests too. PM me with your details though because that process involves a bit more commitment up front to get me to wake up in the middle of the night to secure your booking
None of these nights are available at any room type at BWV. Saratoga has your 1BR for 140 pts those dates!
