BWV & Owner's Locker Question

We will be arriving at BWV around 11pm on 9/14/10. I'm sure my Owner's Locker will be at the resort, however, will we be able to get the Owner's Locker that late from Guest Services?

If we do the online check in, do you think there is a chance the Owner's Locker can be delivered to our room before we arrive? We'd like to get our OL the night we arrive since it has all our toiletries in it. Any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi Elizabeth,
There's someone who can help you with luggage whatever time you arrive. You're right...your Locker will be there and it will be logged in on the luggage room's sheets. At Boardwalk, Lockers are usually in slot 20. You shouldn't have a problem at all.
Of course, you need your stuff!

They typically do not want to put anything in the room before you check-in.

Your Owner's Locker will be kept in the Bell Services room (where they keep the luggage of people who arrive before their room is ready).

I don't know if Bell Services people work around the clock. My problem is that I'm always there too early, not late.

Even if you do online check-in you still have to stop & pick up your room keys etc. Just swing by bell services at the same time & ask for it to be brought out / up. We've never had to wait more than just a few minutes for our locker to be delivered. We've arrived as late as 11:30 - 12:00 before - always someone around working!!


(PS) John - give our locker a pat hello for me - I miss it & don't know when I'll see it again!!!!

We just head over to Bell Service after getting our room keys and tell them the room number and that we're going up now...they'll be right behind you. And yes, they work all day and night..some of the hardest working Bell Services people I've seen.
