No, none of the resorts provide an actual front desk phone number. You can try calling the published number and explain your issue to the call center. Perhaps they will call the resort and ask for you.

And if you get a hold of the general manager by e-mail please let me know how long it took. We're still waiting on a response to an e-mail we sent 5 days ago.
