I went through Touring Plans. I'll get back to you next week on the exact wording. I just booked this a week ago and that is when the request was sent. I feel like that may be better than sending a month prior like they normally do.

Thanks! I love TP. It's my birthday trip and I'd love to be able to sit out on the balcony while my kids go to sleep.

I'd love to get the equivalent 1 BR for our trip but there's only 1 or 2 with the big balcony in my category. It's like getting a unicorn! So happy for you.

Is it a Handicap accessible villa? We got a really big balcony many years ago at BCV that was handicap accessible, not by request.

No, these are overlooking the Village Green on the 3rd floor and they all have large balconies because of they way the lower floor is designed.

Confused about making room request through Touring Plans. As DVC members don't we need to make room requests through MS.

I've never made a request through MS. Touring plans asks for the reservation number and the last name so I guess it works for anyone.

We were just there last week in room 3051. Having the large balcony was great. These rooms are also really close to the elevators.

We checked out of 3057 last week and it was great! Absolutely lovely the rooms overlooking the Village Green
