It seems as if the dates in the BWV construction/maintenance notice keep changing. The notice on the "new" member site indicates it should be completed by July 2004. That's good news and more in keeping with the original announcement. In at least two places, they had said "through summer 2005".
I haven't seen any reports complaining about the situation so they must be handling it pretty well any way.
