These are my personal points we are renting this year as we decided to take a break from WDW .

DVC member since 2008 and experienced renter. I have a contract that will be sent for signatures via Docusign.

For Rent or Transfer:

150 BWV Dec 15 UY for transfer or for rentals starting after December 1st, 2015.
Asking $14/point.

165 AKV Dec 15 UY for transfer or for rentals starting after December 1st, 2015
Asking $13/point

210 BLT Feb 16 UY for transfer or for rentals starting after February 1st, 2016.
Asking $14/point- RENTED


Payment accepted with Pay Pal (plus fees) or Chase Quick Pay (no fees). For transfers payment is require immediately, for rentals payment of 50% when reservation is made and balance due 60 days before vacation.

BWV Pool/Garden View is available for any of those nights. 4/14 - 14 point, 4/15 - 21 points, 4/16 - 21 points, 4/17 - 18 points.

No availability at BWV for those nights. Only SSR and Poly have studios for the nights requested. There is a 1 bedroom at BWV available for 80 points.
