BWV 1 bedroom standard view

Hello, does a 1 bedroom standard view room have a balcony? is this usually the parking lot view? Thanks in advance....

Balcony or, on ground floor, a patio. Majority have parking lot view which is actually not bad because you mostly see grounds, trees, and a road before seeing the lot (which for many rooms can hardly be seen at all because of trees), rest have tennis court and partial Studios view.

The majority are not so much parking lot views but views of the driveway and front entry.
