Can anyone who has been to BWPPI recently tell me what they have at breakfast? I'm trying to figure out if they will have food my autistic son will eat or if I need to plan to buy him things beforehand.

I'm specifically wondering what kind of meat they have (bacon? sausage?)
And what kind of fresh fruit is available?
Do they have any fruit cups or anything like that as well?
Any prepackaged muffins where I can read ingredients? (He has a food allergy.)

Thanks for any info!

When I was there a couple of months ago there was a different meat each day. I remember sausage links, patties, and ham, but I never saw bacon. Bananas and apples were the fresh fruits, I don't remember seeing fruit cups. The muffins were not prepackaged.

When I was there over Thanksgiving there were pre-packaged danishes. Like the previous poster said the meats changed but I too only saw sausage links/patties and ham. A couple days there were chorizo eggs in addition to regular eggs. I believe the waffles are Eggo brand waffles. I think there were muffins but not packaged. And there are cubed potatoes usually every day. I also think there is cereal and yogurt too. The only fruit I remember are bananas but there might have been apples.

Thanks. This helps! My son *should* eat sausage or ham. Eggo waffles would actually be promising. He doesn't like the really fluffy type of waffles. At home he eats the cinnamon eggo waffles...plain...slightly burnt. Ha!

No oranges? That's kind of a bummer but I suppose he'll have plenty of Cuties while in the parks.

When you say regular eggs, do you mean scrambled?

Do they have bread to make toast?

The eggs are scrambled and there are always plain ones, some days there are cheesy eggs and chorizo scrambled eggs. Often when there are chorizo eggs they also offer tortillas for breakfast burritos. As for bread for toast I want to say yes but I can't remember, my husband can't either although he said he remembers bagels being offered.
