BWPPI and entertainment rate?

Ok, here's a dumb question.
If I want to stay at the BWPPI, (I remember someone saying they had an entertainment rate w/ the book from entertainment.com) Is this correct?

Also, do I HAVE to purchase the one from Orange County or could I get one for where I live and use it just for the BWPPI?

the entertainment card is somewhat independent from the entertainment book which is location specific (you can buy the card without buying a book in fact), so the card can be used anywhere nationally it's accepted.

I notice that Best Western in general has a place in my Entertainment book, says "up to 20% off".

You'd probably need to call the actual hotel there to see if they have a special Entertainment Book rate like the Anaheim HoJo's does, that goes beyond what the book says.
