BW Pavillions or Quality in on Manchester?

I am so sad the the HoJo is sold out for the dates we need it in Oct. Since we are trying to keep this cheap so we can upgrade to APs I have these 2 choices. I can get the BWP for $68 or the Quality inn for $58. I have not stayed at either , any reviews? I know the Quality inn is close to the freeway which might be noisy. Is it really walkable? What route would you take? I would love to be able to walk to the park!

These prices are through OTEL.com has anyone used them before?

DO NOT STAY AT THE PAVILLIONS! We stayed there once and only once. The rooms were gross, old, stinky. The toilet didn't work, they fixed it but still, my inlaws had no deadbolt on the door and had their room broken into, the front desk just blew it off and gave us another room each on the second floor. The pool was small. The pictures on thier site are not what you get once you are there. I would stay at the Motel 6 than stay there again. We vowed never to stay in a motel again, we will only stay in hotels with inside corridors.
