BW Park Place vs. Best Western Plus?

We normally stay at BWPPI, but in looking at our dates for this year we would save about $18/night (x 6 nights) by staying at BW Plus instead, just a few doors down. My online research seems to indicate they have recently renovated their rooms (not the case at BWPPI) and that the breakfast has some hot items, so I wanted to explore this idea.

Just curious if anyone who has stayed at both has any insights? TIA!

To me, the proximity of BWPPI to the entrance of the resort is well worth $18.

$18 per night? So it's a total of $108 + tax. Just so I'm clear, it's not the BW Stovalls on Katella.

Yes, that's the place. Our experiences there merit the difference - IMHO.

Good to know, thank you for the clarification Have you ever stayed at Park Vue? Their rates aren't up yet for our dates but I always wonder if we should try there....

Yes, in fact we stayed there in Nov.
I rate PVI the same as BWPPI. We stay at which ever one offers the best deal.
FWIW, we like the pool area at PVI much better than BWPPI. It's not as crowded and it's warmer.

We found the pool at PVI to be freezing cold this past July, despite the heat and sunshine.
We're staying at BWPPI in May so I guess we won't be doing any swimming.
