BW Park Place Inn Room Location

So I just reserved a King room for September at BWPPI (YAY!) and requested a upper floor room near the front of the building. Was that location a good choice? Anything else I should know about the hotel? I was orignally booked at HoJo but I'm cancelling after they wouldn't honor their best rate guarantee. Thanks!

On the right of the hotel there is the Captain Kidds restaurant which can be noisy. Word is that it is quieter on the other side of the hotel. I have stayed at the BWPPI twice and always request a room away from Captains Kidd's and have gotten that.
