We haven't stayed at anything there besides the Candy Cane and the Fairfield, so take that for what it's worth
Candy Cane has three room sizes: standard (264 sq ft), deluxe (308 sq ft) and premium (350 sq ft) - we found standard one a bit small given the amount of stuff we brought, but found the deluxe really spacious. We had a stroller, several laptop bags, large suitcases, etc, and still had room for my toddler to play on the floor.
The wireless internet is useable. I was able to do some work from the hotel room (checking email, browsing websites) without any issues, and we were able to stream some kid's shows as well. It's not lightning fast, but if all you're looking for is browsing the internet, it'll work.
They have a continental breakfast - cereal and milk, pastries (croissants, bagels, muffins, etc), fruit, cheese, coffee, tea, and juice. We brought Nutella from home to supplement

It's pretty much the exact same stuff every day, so if you're staying there for a while it can get boring.
We love the Candy Cane. They do also give you a coupon for, I think, $10 a night off your next stay. For the time period we went, it covered the price difference between the standard and deluxe room rates.
Other things we like about Candy Cane: the front desk staff is very friendly, free parking, they always seem to be doing refurbishment around the hotel, the bathroom sink area is very spacious (we set up our own coffee maker and snacks plus we have to wash bibs, kid placemats, etc), the walk to DL only crosses one road (which is only used by the Disney buses and other shuttles), plus the walk is right along DL property. When we walked to DL from the Fairfield we had to walk past a lot of other hotels and, frankly, sketchy people trying to sell us timeshares/concert tickets/random junk toys, plus cross Harbor Blvd.
