Buzz & Woody

We will be taking my almost 3-year-old to DLR/DCA for his first time in mid-February (weather permitting!) I've been do DLR dozens of times, mostly as a kid. But I've never been to DCA, and I've never taken a child.

Question: where would be the most likely place(s) for a Buzz & Woody sighting for my son? They are his favorites! Are they at any of the character dining venues?

Any other words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated as well!

When I was there last weekend at DCA across from TSM they were switching between Woody and Jessie. Not too sure where you can fine Buzz.

Ask at City Hall, they will give you a schedule of character sightings. In DCA you can ask at Guest Services for the same thing. Make sure you ride TSMM and BLAB, your DS will love them!!

Woody and Jessie are over by Toy Story Mania in California Adventure, Buzz is over by Astro Blasters in Tomorrowland in Disneyland.

Buzz is often in between Pizza Port and Innoventions, or by the water ball fountain right in that same area in Tomorrowland.

I still have not seen Buzz, But keep catching Woody/Jessie and Green Army Men across from TSMM at DCA, Also saw Jessie by the Big Thunder Ranch BBQ place at DL.

We saw Buzz on the other side of the walkway from his ride.

Woody we saw in two different places. One was in DCA across from the Toy Story ride in a covered pavillion. The other was in DL, outside Big Thunder Ranch.

I'm assuming Big Thunder Ranch BBQ is closed in the Winter/off season, right?

I hope you find them!! We were just there last month and my DD3 really wanted to see Jessie and Woody and Buzz, we looked and looked, waited and waited in the areas and time and never got to see them so next time hopefully!

Only if the weather is bad...but remember the BBQ is not a character meal any longer, no more Woody, Jessie & Bullseye there.
