Buzz Lightyears Ride

Hi all
I've read that only two people can go into each car at a time on this ride. just wondering if they would allow the three of us on at the same time (Me, DH and DS who is nearly 3?)

I just dont want to miss a minute of the experience. DS is a huge Buzz fun and the only reason we are going to DLP is to meet Buzz and Woody

I'm not sure if there would be room for the three of you, and there are only 2 laser guns so one of you wouldn't be able to shoot even if you could fit. The next car is right behind and you could swivel (the car) round to talk to the person behind at any time (except you'll be having too much fun shooting!).

We have ridden it with 3 of us many times - 2 adults and a little one. There is only 2 lasers so 2 do the shooting and one can spin the car round

My son will be nearly 3 and if the cars are the same as the ones at WDW 3 I would think that getting 3 in would not be an issue. At 3 I wouldn't imagine that he would be able to reach the gun by himself. I imagine he will be sitting on my knee and "helping" me.

They allowed DH, DS 3 years old and me in one car when we went.

Sorry I was a doubter, obviously you can fit 3!
If he can sit on your lap he will be able to rest the gun on you a bit too, it's quite big and heavy for little almost 3 year old hands.

The best bit of DLRP's Buzz is the guns can be removed from the front of the car

So they aren't fixed to the front of the vehicle like the ones in WDW?

I think it may depend on who is in charge of putting people onto the ride. Weve seen people told no before when they could clearly fit in with a very young child.
