Buzz Lightyear Cards

I can't seem to find the thread now, but I thought I had read here that the Buzz Lightyear cards were gone and when someone had asked about them they were told they weren't getting any more. I don't remember if the problem was with Disneyland or WDW, but we went over to WDW today and the shop where you get the Buzz Lightyear cards had a lot.

thanks for the update....it was WDW and with all things Disney looks like the CMs misinformed people again.

Probably a silly question, but... what's a Buzz Lightyear card for? Some Buzz item I'm unaware of?

Then again, lately I just stay confused when it comes to VMK.

Actually, what was told to me, was that they were out of the cards, had been for a while and they weren't sure if they would ever be getting more in.

Good to see they are back in stock.

The cards they are referring to are for the VMK Wanted Poster. It's also available at Splash Mountain.

I think you really have to watch what they say over there. Yesterday when we first went to get the Pirate shop, they had a huge stack of cards by the register. We went back later at night and they were all gone. DH asked at the register and we were told they were all out and didn't know when they would be getting more in. DH then asked someone else in the store and this person went to the back and brought out a huge stack of them. Come to find out, the original person thought we were talking about another offer which they were out of. So if they are out at one point, maybe going back later and asking someone else will help.
