Buzz at character breakfast?

is there a character breakfast with Buzz Lightyear? or do the breakfasts just contain standard disney characters?

1) There was to be a Toy Story meal at MGM.
2) In fact, they were well into auditions for the characters.
3) They abruptly changed it.
4) Sorry, no character meals with Toy Story characters.
