Buzz’s soccer question of the week. Have my soccer threads made you more, less, or indifferent/no change of a soccer fan?

Maybe find a soccer group that shares your passion?

Not meaning for you to leave the DIS. Just that I'm not sure people share your love of the sport here.
I have soccer friends, so it’s all good. I have many other interests as well, which is why I enjoy the Dis.

We have had some interesting discussions on the business aspect of soccer. I haven't been to a game or watched one since my daughter stopped playing in 2005. If my Granddaughters play, I may see a few more games, but at 1 and 3 they are still too young.
But I live in an area where soccer has been huge, and where successful teams have gotten hosed by the leagues they were affiliated with, or currently, by MLS's crazy franchise fees.

Who knows, they may play for USL Sacramento Republic one day…

The only way I would ever willingly go to a soccer match or watch a game on TV is if you paid me, sorry to say. I still find the sport to be really boring.
The Concacaf Gold Cup in June/July might have a contest to win tickets in the future (I have no inside knowledge, this is only a guess).

I do wonder if the non soccer fans do check my national teams thread just to see how their nation is doing in the sporting world.
