Buying tickets through getawaytoday.com-have you? Any advice? The good and the bad

Ok, I'm fairly new, but my family and I are planning a Disneyland vacation for two weeks in Sept. We found a great website getawaytoday.com with even greater prices, and we can save nearly $50 bucks off our ticket price by going through them. However, they say they don't send you the tickets, you have to show I.D. at the ticket booth with your receipt to pick them up. We've never done anything like this and wanted to know if anyone has used them before? Are they trustworthy and reliable? Did anyone who used them have any problems? Please help a disser out! The price is unbeatable, but I'm nervous of using them. I contacted Disney and they said that the site sells their tickets, but I would like the authorities (disboards ) opinion on them and their ticket ways. thanks!!!

We have done several trips, including our honeymoon, through GAT. We have had zero problems and recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.

I booked with them and had no problem. I loved them The price we got for our hotel was great! On the last day of our trip, we decided to stay an extra night. We asked at the front desk, no rooms available. I called the hotel hot line and got a quote of $150 per night, no thanks. I called GAT and they booked an extra night for us for $100!
When we go back to DL, I will book with them again!

The only drawback about using getawaytoday.com for your tickets is that you need to present the voucher at the windows to get your tickets. Not a big deal, but it means you can't get into the gates when they open. Otherwise, it's been great!

Some people who get in the evening before will go to the ticket booths that night and get their tickets. Others mention that the booths open half an hour before the gates open, so if you get there EARLY you could send some of your party to get in the gate line while the one that ordered picks up the tickets at the ticket booths.
