Buying tickets in advance

Here's what I'm considering-

Buy several annual passes to be used for myself and family. Basically enough for the next few visits. My question is when I buy them does it mean I'm only buying for one specific person at that time? Or can they be given to any family member to activate when the time comes?

Anyone can activate the pass and only that person can use it. The credit card holder with ID must pick up the pass

You can also pay to have the vouchers shipped to you. In which case, there is no need for the credit cardholder to be present when the passes are activated. The vouchers can be given to whomever the cardholder wishes. The only restrictions would be if the passes were purchased by a FL resident or DVC owner. When those discounts are used, then the person redeeming the pass needs to provide additional ID to prove that they are eligible for the discount.
