Get Away Today is having a Black Friday sale and it looks like their prices are better than Undercover Tourist. If I buy from GAT will I be able to link them to MDE?

Yes because all vendors who sell discounted tickets sell actual Disney Theme Park tickets.

Good. I was worried because their redemption instructions say to take the email confirmation to a ticket booth, but I'll want to make FP reservations before we get there.
