Buying Sign Supplies

Hello Everyone. I will be at Princess Half Marathon in Feb 2025 and I want to make a sign to support the runners. Where can I buy a foam board or poster board for my sign? I will be staying at the Disney Swan & Dolphin. I am unsure if there is a store by the Boardwalk area or if I have to get a ride share to a Walmart or Target.

We will be lading at MCO and taking a ride share to the hotel.

The race expo usually has a table with large cardstock and markers for making signs. It's not as big or sturdy as standard poster board but it suits its purpose.

If that doesn't meet your requirements, you'll need to get a ride off property like you mentioned.

That is so cool! I had no idea they had a table with cardstock. That'll be just fine. My kid and I just want to make a sign and stand out there to support the runners. Thank you so much.

I've been known to bring folded paper or poster board and sharpies in my luggage! You can also DoorDash that kind of stuff. There's a Walgreens near Disney Springs that carries some office supplies too.

That is pretty smart and I think I will copy your idea. I'll fold a poster board, just in case I need it. I'll bring some markers and sharpies too. I do not want to be scrambling for supplies and I'll be a bit bummed out without our sign. I'll be one of the Seven Dwarves and my 8 year old daughter will be Snow White. We are just spectators but we are really looking forward to it.
