Buying Resale, how to get a copy of the POS?

I received closing documents for our resale contract yesterday. This is our first DVC purchase. My closing agent said we will get the recorded deed and owner’s policy within 30 days from the closing date. Is that the POS? Or will I be able to view the POS/amendments online once I have a member account?

I expected to get the disclosure documents with our closing docs, so I’m a little surprised we didn’t. I think I’ve been doing my due diligence before we make this purchase, so I feel confident I already know what to expect, but I would like to be able to review the docs before we spend thousands of dollars. Or at least know that I’ll have them to reference later.

If you are buying a WDW resort the Declaration of Condominium will be on the Orange County Comptroller's website. Drubsa was kind enough to write a post with the details on how to access the files for your resort. As a sidenote, I had to try BEACH, BCH, and Disney in the grantee field as well as turn on and off the 'condo related' button to find everything for the BCV docs.
