Buying Resale at Bay Lake Tower - Top of the world access?

We are in the process of buying resale at Bay Lake Tower, we do not have any direct points. I know we are giving up some member benefits but will we still have access to the Top of the World Lounge? I would be disappointed to have BLT as my home resort and not have access to lounge. It is my understanding that resale "members" get a white member card? Does that card grant you access?

Yes it does. White cards get TOTW, pool hopping and dvd rentals. The first two are subject to restrictions. The restrictions on TOTW are you need to be staying in a Disney owned and operated hotel (cash or points), subject to space in the lounge, and some dates its blacked out specific for guests of BLT only (NYE, 4th of July, etc). Pool hopping has resorts completely blocked off and all resorts during busy times (mostly around major holidays)

December 30 and July 3 are the other two typically blacked out dates for TOTW. You have to be staying at BLT to go up.
