Buying points

We are within the 7 month window now but unfortunately the resorts aren’t in line with the dates. I’m like a day off so this morning I quick booked at our home resort since I had to push our trip to the next day. I wanted to buy the one time pinpoints but didn’t have time for the phone so I just booked on line. Can you buy the points after you have a reservation. Hope this makes sense. Thanks all
