Buying photos before hand or onboard, VAT

I was ready to prepurchase my photos online, but I noticed they added 15% VAT to the price. I am wondering if the total will be less if I buy on board? This is for an European cruise

If there's a VAT applied, then the VAT will apply whether you pre-purchase or purchase on board.
