A friend will be joining my DSis in Oct (BWV stay) and this person eats only organic/no pesticide food. Is having food delivered, her only option? Will this person be able to find a restaurant at WDW to eat at?

PS. I think that WeGoShop will deliver food from any store that's requested, is that correct? Does the food at Whole Foods satisfy the stipulations?

You may want to contact The Wave at the CR. There are a number of items including beer and spirits which are organic and/or sustainable on their menus.

I would suggest using WeGoShop for Whole Foods, or placing an order at netgrocer.com. They have a large selection of organics. We are planning on using them as DD has celiac, and they had the largest selection of gluten-free. Disney will charge a small fee (I think it's $5) to accept the package.

She's the one that should worry about this, not you. We eat mainly organic at home, but let it go when on the road...I would never expect friends or family to go out of their way to figure things out for our choices, especially since this is a trip to somewhere else, no staying in your home.

She's fighting cancer holistically and her diet is regimented. She's of South American heritage and isn't familiar with Disney the way I am, so I told my DSis that I would ask and get some help for them to be able to do the trip as a three some.

It's not going to be a long trip, 3 nights and I even suggested that they travel SW and each bring 2 bags that could contain the proper foodstuffs.

These 3 spent the weekend in Cape May and that worked out, so we're seeing if something more complicated could be arranged as well. The decision will be made within a week. My DSis has always talked about the fun she has when she goes with me and the family to WDW. One of the other 2 mentioned that she's been to WDW but has never had a "Wow" sort of experience there. So, it was just going to be DSis and her, but now #3 would like to give it a try too. I think it's going to work out. I've sent the information to WeGoShop to them.

You may want to contact the special diets line. They may be able to get the food for her.
