Buying memory maker thru mde

I wanted to Add memory maker on my mde account. I have reservations for nov and march (room only) plus separately purchased and linked tickets. When I add mm, it adds it to my cart and the cart shows the march room reservation cost also. I don t want to pay for my march room now, just memory maker which I'll use in the move trip. Ideas?

Buy it through the website and not via your MDE and as long as you use the same MDE login info, it'll link up:

Same thing happened using that URL. My cart has my march trip balance and total for cart is over $3000.

I think I found the answer but don't know how to get around it. It says to add memory maker, I must first have a package with tickets.

No, I plan to use mm with my nov trip and already have room only reservations and tickets purchased not as a pkg. I bought the tix online and they linked but I'm keeping my room only reservation.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you'll have to call and purchase over the phone to have it linked to your MDE. It'll be the only way for you to get the pre-trip discount.

If you already made the March reservation separately, make sure you do not have a second in your cart. I plan to add MM before my January trip which is room only. So, I just went in to see if I had the same issue. I did and I did not.

I had been logged in and had priced out the same resort I am at with a different room category, but had not removed it from my cart. When I removed that, my cost for MM was the $149 that I expected. My actual reservation still shows up correctly in my account.

If you have not made your March reservation, but are trying to do both at the same time, it probably will not. At least, I was not able to do both at the same time.

That's it! I have a reservation for March but must have left one in my cart from when I was pricing it. I will promptly remove. Thx all.
