Hi, have had an email from the closing company today (timeshare closing services, inc).
My first question is, should I have a document from Disney to confirm they are not exercising ROFR?
My next question is who should I use for transferring the money, does anyone know who offers the best exchange rate, this has taken some time and the exchange rate has been getting worse. Should I avoid any particular company, how safe is my money when using a company advertising on the Internet, does anyone have first hand experience?
Is there anything in the 8 documents that I have been sent that I should be looking out for, double checking?
