Buying direct OKW add on, are there resale restrictions like at RR?

I have a resale contract at BLT and I’m looking to do a direct 75 pt add on at OKW - we decided having full benefits is something we want. If I had to ever sell the OKW direct contract could the buyer use those points at any of the original 14 resorts at 7 months or do the new restrictions at Riveria where the resale user can only book there, apply to any new add on/direct purchases regardless of location? Could the buyer only use the points at OKW?

So the resale buyer of any L14 can use those points at the home resort at 11 months and any L14 resort at 7 months. So to answer the final question the hypothetical buyer can use the points at any L14 and you can use the points anywhere while you own since they are direct.

The restrictions to resale buyers using exclusively at home resort apply only to Riviera and forward.

One additional clarification. The resale buyer could use the points only at the L14. The resale buyer could not use the points at RR, like a direct buyer (you) could.
