Buying champagne?

My husband and I are planning a trip to celebrate our 15th anniversary, and would like to buy champagne there rather than packing it in our bags. We are flying so we won't have a car, and we will be staying off property. (Either on Harbor or W Katella) Is there anywhere within walking distance where we can find a semi-decent bottle of champagne or other types of sparkling wine?

I don't know of any good place to within walking distance. BevMo is about 5 miles west on Katella. That is where I'd go or Costco if you are a member. If you go, get uber. A cab will be more expensive.

On Harbor, attached to the Tropicana Hotel is the The Cove which has a cool coffee bar and a ton of minimart type stuff including craft beers and wine/champagne. Really not sure if they go up to semi-decent, but it's close and worth a try. There is also a CVS on the corner of Harbor and Katella. I think the sundry store in the Grand Californian has wines and champagnes, not sure how much variety though.

You can always take an uber in the area. It's cheap.

Celebrate at Carthay Circle or Napa Rose, many options at either.
Both have lounges, if you rather not have a full meal.

I think you can still buy a bottle at Napa or Steakhouse 55. I've done it before with Magicale and Fairy Tale.

I bought these before a trip to Burgundy in April and they worked well in my checked luggage thru 3 plane changes- and you wouldn't need to spend time shopping:

Also: The Patina group restaurants in downtown disney do NOT charge corkage! So fill up all 3
That's Naples, Uva Bar, and Catal. I've even had them hold a bottle for me for a few hours as long as I had a reservation - or you can use a Disneyland locker. Still a lot cheaper than buying a bottle.

There's a liquor store down on Harbor just past Castle Inn. It has a Subway right next to it. Not far of a walk at all.

You could celebrate with some champagne and appetizer or dessert at the Napa Rose lounge. It is first come fist serve and you do not have to be staying at the Grand.
