hi guys! i've heard that it's possible to buy a mini christmas tree for your room when you're a WDW resort guest. is it true? if it is any idea where i could find more information maybe even pics?
I'd like to know too! I'd thought about shipping a little tree to the resort beforehand and just leaving it there for someone else to enjoy. Maybe we could start a Christmas tree exchange thread by dates and resort?
We ordered ours from www.disneyflorist.com last year. It was a mini tree that sat on the table in our room. It was less than $80 and it was real. We left it to our mousekeeper because she took such good care to water it everyday.
We went out and bought a small table top tree (the live ones with a few decorations) at Publix. We had also brought stockings with us to hang as decorations.

Do you have any pictures? Disney Florist doesn't have them on their site right now. Great idea about giving it to the Mousekeeper. I'm sure she was very happy!

I'm pretty sure it's just the suites that come with them.
I looked up the info that I had from the 2004 tree that the Disney Florist offered. It was 4 feet tall and ran $299. Not sure if they are going to keep the same options, but it included a hidden pin. Additional pins could be purchased. You also had the option of having Mickey Mouse ears embroidered with your families name as a tree topper. Additional hats could be purchased and they'd be clipped on the tree like ornaments.
Another option they had was a Mickey Mouse stocking for $50.
