Friends are traveling back to England in a few days to renew Visas.

I'd like to give the kids some money to buy themselves something while in London.

If I give them $20 or $25 US dollars, it converts to 12-15 pounds I believe. Are they able to get something? They are 10 & 8 and like trinkets to put in their pocket, etc...
I would rather give them the money and let them get something they want than spend time/money in Disney trying to find something they may/may not be interested in....

Such a lovely thought :goodvibes

And yes, I'd say the kids would be able to pick up a little bit of a gift with £12-15 from London. There are plenty shops there with little reminders of London and there's always little toy shops about too which should have something in that price range.

I'm sure this week, with the Royal Wedding happening, there'll be even more on offer with regards trinkets and souvenirs.
