While we were in Disney for Thanksgiving my husband bought me the Disney Dooney Tote for my upcoming birthday. That was soo nice of him!! The tote was all they had at the big store at Downtown Disney. Now that I have it home, I am afraid to use it cuz I am having buyers remorse! I should have tried it on before I bought it. I find it kinda bulky and not comfortable to carry. I wish now I had got the smaller tassle tote. I am afraid to tell my husband this! I thought maybe I could sell this one on Ebay and see if I can get the other one there also. Any suggestions?

Why not call Disney order the smaller size and ship the larger one back.

A couple of years ago my husband bought me a necklace ($300) from the Downtown Disney shop but did not give it to me until after we go home. He bought the wrong one, which was fine--I am used to this sort of thing, but for the price I wanted the one I liked. Without him knowing, I called back described the one I wanted and had it sent and I sent back the one he purchased. It was pretty easy. I just paid the shipping. To this day he thinks I wear the one he bought me, fashion details are not his thing.

I didnt even think of that! I didnt know I could return something by mail that I bout there.

I've found customer service at DTD to be excellent. Twice I've called to have items shipped to my home. One was a replacement clock for one that we bought on our honeymoon only to have it fall off the wall and break. The other was to replace a sweatshirt I shrank in the wash. Both times they were able to find the object just based on my description and send it my way.
