I haven't used it myself, but it is offered as a perk through my employer as well.

One of my coworkers said she used it to purchase some new appliances for her house, and was very pleased with their pricing, and with the appliances once they were delivered.

Yup, DH has it through his work and we have used it a few times. Yes it is worth it
