Buy tickets NOW or wait for possible discounts?

Not sure if I should buy our tickets now or wait to later in the year hoping for a good deal.

Right now through the Mousesavers newsletter I can save about $50.00 off of 4 adult tickets and 1 child ticket ($952 vs. $1002) and in WDW $50 can be useful. Any ideas or suggestions?

Put the money in the bank and wait?

Settle for a $50 savings?

That's a tough choice. The newsletter discounts are usually good until the next newsletter is publish. That means that you would have until mid-February to take advantage of the discount.

If you plan to buy MYW passes separately, instead of purchasing a vacation package, then it might be a good idea to take advantage of the savings. However, if you're hoping for some sort of package discount, then by all means hold off on buying the passes. If you're hoping to see a better price on the tickets, I doubt that anyone will beat Ticketmania's at that price.

No one posted a link nor the actual ticket prices from the newsletter offer. That's something that I don't think that Mary would appreciate and has asked subscribers to refrain from doing. However, the fact that various discounts are offered thru the newsletter is something that is mentioned on the MouseSavers.com itself.

Not for the tickets I am considering. With the newsletter discount, I would save an additional $5.00 per ticket ($20.00 total for the 4 of us). I'll take that !

We need 3 tickets. I am ordering 1 a month until we go in April. That way I don't have to pay the full amount at 1 time and if I find a better price I can save on the remaining tickets.

Not true for the tickets I am considering, either. (7-day hopper adult and child.)
