what happens if we buy the 4 get 6 days ticket with a pending 4 day reservation and then decide we only want to stay for 2-3 days at DVC? does the ticket revert to a 4 day ticket?

I don't believe so, I think I once you have the ticket it stays, but not positive, hopefully someone else can chime in.

and, if unused, I assume value could be applied to AP, if they start selling again?

It is not non expiring. If you use any days they expire within the window that you get when you buy.

So if you only use 3 days, then no refunds and no way to save days until later.

I asked about it because a 3 with 2 would be better but not offered like that

If unused you can apply the value to an AP (we had cancelled during the closure and were able to repurchase doing precisely this).

I think that poster was more asking if they had to cancel their trip and didn't use any of the days days, does the ticket ever expire or what happens then, do they get to keep the extra days? I would be curious to know the answer to this as well.

It's essentially a MYW ticket with 6 days instead of 4. Wouldn't all of the normal rules and limits that apply to those tickets apply to this one? I can't imagine why we would think it would be any different. At all.

If they buy the deal and don’t go before September, the last valid date, then the value they paid would be applied to a new ticket or AP.

The value would not be the 6 day value, but the actual price paid. So, it is cost someone $500...making up for ease...then that is what value they would have for a new ticket or AP.

If a new 6 day was way $600, they’d owe $100. The free days piece expires but not what they actually paid.
