Buy 2 get 3rd day free question

We will be at Universal on 12/22 & 23 and then going to Disney. Blackout dates of 12/26 - 1/3 apply. Question: If we purchase this would we need to use the third day before 12/26 or could we use the 3th day anytime within the 14 day window. Not sure how blackout is applied.

I would assume that no days can be used during the black-out period.

None of the days can be during the blackout is what I have heard.My family just looked into these tickets and have the same issue

We bought 3 day park to park tickets through Undercover Tourist for the cost of 2 day. There aren't any blackout dates (that I can find). And I really hope that's the case since we are planning on using them December 25th - 27th.
