But We Haven't Lost Last Years Weight Yet! COMPLETED PAGE 32!

Yum the tuna is my favorite Earl sandwich and those pictures have me wanting one sooooo bad.

I am so bummed we missed Boma the last few trips, looks like they have some new things and the goat cheese eggs sound great!

Where did you get the magic cookie bar?

All that food looks wonderful. I've been starving myself all day as our oldest DS is taking us to dinner with his girlfriend (belated Father's Day dinner for his dad) to Fogo de Chao...where it is all you can eat meat, etc. But now I'm drooling and dinner's not for another three hours yet.

Can't wait for more. :surfweb:

Loving your food review and seems like you have had some great food. Can't wait to hear about Boma because we are going there in August.

Another wonderful update! I always have to get myself a snack after reading your reports. I can't wait to have that amazing Disney food again in just 2 more days.

ew (re The Wave Desserts) dont mix fruit with my chocolate!! :rotfl2: Great reviews! LOVED the pictures, you are looking mahvelous (and that girl behind you is too funny!)

Yumm-o!!!
Looks like I may have to switch plans up and get back to Boma for breakfast. I thought I'd be okay without it this time, but after seeing your pictures....I got to get some Boma breakfast.
Dessert at the Wave looks lovely.
Thanks for sharing!

MMMMMMM, love Boma breakfast :thumbsup2

Really excited to try the Wave in a few weeks! :goodvibes

DW and I love Earl of Sandwich! I haven't tried a cannonball yet but I'm definitely going to in about 2 weeks! :goodvibes

 Sonya - I've been out of town, and I'm behind in your reviews - but I do chuckle at your posts!!

At 1900 Park Fare, did you not try the Strawberry Soup???? Surely you just forgot to take a picture of it!! IF you missed the soup - next time, you must go back just for the soup!!

the small fresh mozerrella and tomato salad - the "brown" stuff, OH my, its my personal favorite - Balsamic Vinegar!! I LOVE that stuff, but it did take some getting used to the color! The flavor makes up for it for me!!

ITA with the "nasty pretzel" remark - I do like them dipped in the melty yellow cheese, but I hate mustard!!

I love that tomato salad too. Yum, I'm hungry thinking about it.

I'm with you on the pretzel. First it has to have salt (I wonder why it didn't) and then forget mustard. I'll eat it plain any day, but cheese (the good 'ol fake stuff) is really good too.

I love the tuna at Earl. That is what I usually get. Much better than anything I can make. LOL!

Oooh fantastic Wave review - can't wait to try there on this trip (I'm hoping this is where we will have our wedding meal :goodvibes)

For the most authentic S'Mores in Walt Disney World you should go to Chip 'n Dales Campfire Sing along in the Fort Wilderness Campground.

They have a couple campfires, Chip 'n Dale come around and they sing some songs and then when it gets dark they show a movie. They sell everything you need, graham crackers, marshmallows, Hershey's chocolate bars and even the sticks.

Here is a picture of my kids roasting their marshmallows.

Sorry to Hijack your thread. . .

Wow! Those look great! Thanks for the pictures, that is something I am really going to consider for next year! Do you need a child to take?!
Those burgers look delicious, and I LOVE that you put cheese on the fries. I might have to do that when I go down...

I think that was so nice of your DH to order the slipper for you... Too bad the waiter ruined it. It looks so nice and yummy... Keep up the excellent report. I love all the pictures.

Thanks again for your time, I love it

Thanks for your lovely comments!:goodvibes

Hey! I'm sorry to admit that none of us liked twinkies!!! So I dont think I would go for a choccie one!!! everything else looks fabby though!:thumbsup2

I have to whisper it, but I don't like them either!!!! Sshhh!

Starting to catch up again. I had to tell you that we enjoy 1900 PF too and ordered the slippe as well. We were there celebrating my b-day a month after it passed, but I ordered it with my DD's name on it (like you said you can;t order it for yourself LOL) since she had her hair done that day at BBB and it was a special day for her (well all the days were really, LOL). They brought it to our table while she was out dancing with the stepsisters and I was taking photos of her, and DH was at the buffet, and they placed it in front of my chair, and not hers. So the surprise and thrill was totally gone. I was really dissapointed as well. I guess someone needs to teach the waiters there about presentaion. It was so good though. I ate one rasberry and then Claire tried one and took the rest before we could blink. LOL! She really didn't care too much about the rest as she was full, but DH and I were practically knocking each others hands away to eat it all. And we used bad manners and even used our fingers to get the sauce off the plate. :rotfl2: Then I went up to the buffet and got dessert too. ;)

Oh no can't believe they delivered it when she wasn't even at the table! I think the waiters need some training on delivering surprises there!! I'm glad you got to enjoy the whole thing though!! Wasn't the mousse the best?!

I forgot to add no wonder you didn't like that nasty pretzel it doesn't have salt or yellow mustard. :confused3 Without those it isn't really a hot pretzel.

See, we didn't know that!! Something to try next year!

I was ready for a virtual antacid after I saw what you ate on the day beginning with Tonga Toast! :scared1: Seriously, if I had the Tonga Toast, the gut busting burger at Pecos Bill's, the ice cream sandwich (mine would be chocolate chip btw), and the dinner at 1900 Park Fair, I'd be groaning with discomfort. I don't know how you do it!

As for Pecos Bill's, I always put the liquid fake cheese in those little convenience cups (usually used for ketchup or other condiments) in order to dip the fries. I couldn't order a double cheeseburger, though. I am a big girl, but I can't put that away!

And I'm with you on those mashed potatoes, doll. Those are one of my downfalls. That and chocolate. :)

I had to miss my morning runs for most of the second week of the trip, as I had a permanent stitch in my side! I can only out that down to all the food in me constantly!!

Tony must have missed the fake cheese at Peco's - he is going to be so disappointed when he sees this!!

Would you judge me if I told you that I have even put warm mash potato in a sandwich?! Its the ultimate carb comfort!!!!!!

Yeah the pretzel you didn't have any salt! that wouldn't have tasted that nice!

At MGM/whatever studios they sell a spicy cheese filled pretzel! Now that is something I definitiely have my eye on!

I love your reports, really enjoyed the last one too! The amount of food you eat is truly amazing! I'm on a mega holiday diet and so when sept comes disney won't know whats hit em! I may take your gluttony crown!

Ohh spicy pretzel! I will keep an eye out for that thanks!!

Good luck on your diet, and the challenge gauntlet is laid down for the crown!! I try and lose enough before I go away that when I come back my clothes still have a faint chance of fitting me . . . its never worked yet!!:rotfl:

Hmmm where do you find a blonde giraffe frozen? I never heard of this before and it's my mission to find out every possible desert beforehand.

Did you happen to notice if they had anything going on with the kids there? I've read that they interact with the children (cococut rolling races and the such), and we are going with 4 kids, celebrating a birthday for one, so I was hoping this would happen.

We also have 50's prime time on our reservation list. I hope that they don't single out DH like that, he will not appreciate that at all. Myself, and my girls would have a much better sense of humour, but DH does not like that kind of thing! I'm trying to decide what I am going to get....the pot roast or the chicken...they both look delish!

Great reviews so far! I've enjoyed reading them.

Thanks for all your comments!

The frozen key lime pie was actually from Key West - must confess I didn't like it that much, but Tony and the rest of our cruise thread love it, so its just me!!

I didn't notice any coconut games, but we were at the very far end of the restaurant from most of the action. Children were definitely involved with the ukilale lady though, and were following along singing with her!

You will love 50's PTC . . . just encourage your girls to put their elbows on the table so they take all the flak from the server!!!:lmao:

I can't believe I came so late to the party! You have a great report going, and I cannot wait until you get to the cruise food. I am anxious to hear about the new menus! Thanks for writing! popcorn::

Hello and welcome!!!The menus were GREAT!

 Sonya - I've been out of town, and I'm behind in your reviews - but I do chuckle at your posts!!

!

We didn't try the strawberry soup this year, but I had it last year at breakfast and agree it was amazing! But, if you ever have a cruise coming up at any point they do one at Palo brunch which was even better! SOOOOO amazing!

The salad was lovely . . . ugly, but lovely!!!

I could play it cool and nonchalant!

But I wont as thats not me!!

      UPDATE!!
Mmmm, Bome breakfast adn the Earl both look great!!! That meatball Sub looks lush!!!

The Wave food looks out of this world too! Especially the cheesecake!! :)

Thanks so much for sharing!! V. Excited for the next insallment!

Hey Torsie!!! You are getting so close to making your ADR's now!!!:cool1::cheer2: I am so glad you are my Earl soul-mate!!

We always mean to try Boma for breakfast, but haven't made it over there in the morning yet. I'm the type that wants to be in the park at Rope Drop, yet I'm not a morning person. We usually manage to fit one character breakfast in, but that's about it.

Great update.

We are the same - I love getting to rope drop, thats why all our meals the first week were quickies at the hotel! But the second week I always like to try squeeze a few in! Boma is very good if you get chance! :thumbsup2 I could eat a plate of cakes from there right now!

Love your reviews! Ever since I first hear about The Wave I have wanted to go - definitely on my next trip! I also love lamb, but have never even tried to cook it at home - it's so expensive and I'm afraid of ruining it!

I'm not a big fan of the buffet breakfast either - the food seems to be mostly the same and you miss out on park time! I do love Boma for dinner though! Can't wait for the next installment!

I'm so glad you like The Wave...a new restaruant for us to try on our next trip and the Lamb Shank is what I want to order. Thank you so much for your review.

I really enjoyed your first dining review and I am happy to see that you are doing a second one. Ignore those people that stare when you take photos. They are the ones that are missing out!

Are you planning on doing any reviews or trip reports for the cruise part of your trip?

Hi everyone!

Just a quickie to say I will be back tomorrow with an update - been really manic around here this week!!!

Hope you're all keeping well!
