Busiest times for the Park

Was just wondering if EMH was available whilst we are there - June - if it was worth us getting up that bit earlier to take advantage?

Was just wondering if alot of day trippers start arriving around 11amish and leave around 7pm ish and if the park is open to say 9pm if it would be a little quieter?

We arrive Thursday lunchtime and plan to head into the park,
Friday - maybe do magic hours and then head to studios for opening time to ride crush's coaster.
Sat - Morning in the park/studios and then leave around 1pm to have a swim in the hotel, maybe pop to val'd europe and then return to the park around 6pm.
Sun - Day trip to Paris
Mon - All day in the parks as leaving in the evening.

Does this sound like what other people would do?

Sounds good to me. Sat and Sun will prob be busiest days.
EMH is def worth getting up early for. There are only limited rides open but its lovely enjoying them and the park in general without the hustle and bustle. Theres nothing like walking up an empty main street. We found it was best to try and get there for 8.00 opening. Even by 9.00 the park was filling up. You can then position yourself to get on other non EMH rides early. Stand at the entrance to Adventureland near Peter Pan and you can be on POC within a minute of the park opening fully, familiarise yourself the day before with going from ropedrop by castle into Frontierland and to BTM. We found it was quite busy here with everyone heading towards BTM but once they reached frontierland a lot had to stop to look where the entrance to BTM was etc (knowing beforehand means you can zoom straight there. Also as you said it can give you a start on visiting the studios as you are through bag check earlier then other non EMH guests.

We also found riding in the evening was a good way to avoid crowds - Dumbo and Peter Pan seem to stay busy all day tho. One of our favourite things is riding POC late evening as its so quiet and you usually get to stay on for 2nd ride

Fantasyland:
Peter Pan
Dumbo
Carousel
Tea Cups
Pinochio or Snow White

Discoveryland:
SpaceMountain
Orbitron
Buzz

Also Castle (upstairs and down) and a few eateries/shops on main street

Worth it to do Dumbo and Peter Pan before the queues build up - we did PP 4 times in row in summer and later on in day queue was showing 90 mins

Thanks for the info A Small World.

Is the Peter Pan similar to the one at WDW? My Mom has a seriously pathologic fear of heights and falling, but I've been trying to get her on Peter Pan for years - it's just so pretty!

Anything that goes round and round has major upchuck potential for me, so Dumbo and even (embarrassed as I am to admit it) the Carrosel are out for me.

But I can see us spending 2 hours on Buzz, no problem!

Actually, the DLRP is even better than the WDW version so you'll just have to persuade your mom to ride it with you. :goodvibes

Even better??
Definitely will have to finagle Mom onto it! I just love flying over the scenes on the ride at MK, but I haven't ridden it in a few years. If I miss it at park opening, I just refuse to wait 40 minutes or more for a 2 minute ride (no matter how much I love it).
Thanks for the info, Ware Bear.
