Buses to Minature Golf/Fantasia Gardens

Do buses go from DTD or theme parks to the minature golf courses, specifically Fantasia Gardens? I recall seeing buses from the resorts to the minature golf courses but am not sure how to get to there from other locations.

Also, I assume there would be a bus to take us back to the resort (Sports)?

Your best bet would be to bus to the Swan and walk across the street to Fantasia Gardens.

I believe this is actually the only and recommended by Disney way to get to Fantasia by bus.

If you are going straight from DHS then catch the boat to the Swan and Dolphin and just follow the walkway next to the Swan and it will take you straight to it. You could always catch the boat from the Swan and Dolphin to Epcot if its still open (and you have park hopper tickets) then go out the other side to catch your resort bus back. Other then that you are going to have to catch a bus from the Swan to DTD and then your resort bus back.

From a park, take the bus to the S/D. Then walk across the street to Fantasia Gardens. When done playing, take a bus to an open park. And then the bus to your resort. If no park is open, then you'll have to bus to DTD and transfer to your resort bus from there.
If you are at DHS, you can either walk or boat to the S/D.
