buses in FW

If Chip n Dale buses are no longer running in Fw, how long does it take to get from loop 800 to the marina? Are buses still running in clock and counterclock directions? Or is it better to stay in loops 100, 200, 400 walking distance to the marina and main bus stop?

I have not heard that the Chip & Dale bus is not runing. Even if it was stopped you still have the boone and crockett buses
