Buses: HS to DTD and back to HS

I want to attend the Festival of the Masters in DTD (Nov 11) after our morning at HS, is there a direct bus from HS to DTD? Also after we shop can I catch a direct bus back to HS, we want to see the Osborne lights or do we have to catch a bus or boat to a near by resort in order to get a bus back to HS, if so which resort is close (maybe POR)?

Try Saratoga Springs.

Walk or boat to an Epcot-area resort, then bus to Downtown Disney.

Or take a taxi.

In short, no buses between any parks and DTD. You have to go to a resort and get a park bus. To return to DTD, go to a resort and then bus to DTD.

I would actually take a cab. I was amazed at how close DTD is to DHS when I had a car. It had always taken forever to get between DTD and the resorts when taking a bus. So imagine my surprise when I found it took under 10 mins to reach DTD, from BW, in my car.
You could take the boat, or walk, to the S/D and then bus to DTD. Then, when done at DTD, cab it back to DHS.
