Busch Gardens to SeaWorld or SeaWorld to Busch Gardens? and Fun Cards late in the year

We're FL panhandle residents and Disney World, Universal Orlando, and LEGOLAND Florida regulars looking to check out Busch Gardens Tampa and SeaWorld Orlando for the first time in late October. A couple of questions:

1. I've read that BG & SW usually offer next year's Fun Cards a few months early. (Last year, you could buy the 2022 cards and start using them in September of 2021.) Does anyone know for sure if they're planning such an offer in September of this year?

2. Are there any hotels at either SW or BG currently offering a complimentary shuttle to and from the other?

Mears has a shuttle that goes from SW to BG. However, there is no shuttle that goes from BG to SW
