Busch Gardens Tampa after Christmas

I know that WDW and Universal are totally packed the week between Christmas and New Years. How bad are the crowds at Busch Garden in Tampa?

A good rule of thumb is that if its busy at the Disney parks, it will be busy at ALL the Orlando parks. Maybe not quite as packed as Disney but crowded nonetheless.

The advantage you will have a BG vs. the Disney parks is the ability to purchase Quick Queue (front of the line access) to deal with the crowds, if you so choose.

Actually, while BG is fairly busy then, it is SO much less by comparison to the Orlando parks, it isn't even funny. We actually have gone on NYD, for example, and found the crowds/wait times very similiar to the normal summer levels, with longest wait times right at 60-70 minutes (and that for Cheetah Hunt and Sheikra usually only, Montu is still usually less than 20). I think the fact that it is that 45 minutes down the interstate makes it less of a destination at the holidays vs the Orlando parks.
