Busch Gardens/ Sea world platinum pass

Hi!
I have been looking into the platinum pass option for Busch Gardens and it's sister parks. Why in the world is it $204 if I buy it at the Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, but $336 if I buy it in FL? I am a FL resident, am I able to buy it at the gates in Williamsburg for the cheaper price or will they see my license and tell me I have to pay more?

They are different prices from all of the different parks. For the most part, it assumes you live in the area where you are getting the pass from so the parks that are open only seasonally are cheaper than the Florida ones which are year round. Try also looking into the Sesame Place Super Grover pass- that's usually cheapest but there are some states restricted from buying it.
