bus travel time at MK close?

Staying at Beach Club. For crowd levels of 7/8, is there any typical length of time I could expect it to take to get from front gate of MK to BC via bus at a midnight close? Is there a taxi stand at the gate of MK that I could consider instead?

Standard is 45 mins for all transportation.

Taxis are quicker if you don't mind paying for them.

If we close a park we normally hang back as long as possible in the parks till they kick us out and lazily go to the buses. AKA wait for the herd to thin out then hop on the bus.

Depends on the timing when everyone else is leaving. Sometimes we would get right on a bus, sometimes we would have to wait for third bus. If park closing at 12am, there's probably parade at 11pm? There will probably be a bunch of people leaving after the parade, and another bunch at park close. Your bus wait will be less if you leave a little before midnight, or after midnight. On last trip, we hopped in 7DMT standby line at park close. The wait was short, then we took our time leaving the park. When we got out there, we were on the next bus.

Quickest taxi access would be available at the Contemporary Resort. Very short walk from MK front gate. Taxis will be readily available there.

About 15 years ago on a solo trip I was trying to get back to Dolphin after a full MK day. Through a series of circumstances (and lack of knowledge), I ended up at the Poly after midnight trying to catch a bus to DTD, to then catch a bus to Dolphin. Was dead tired, and after about 30 minutes of escalating frustration at no DTD bus, I finally came to my senses and took a cab to Dolphin...best 20 bucks I ever spent.

Fast forward to 2010 when staying at Poly with family...we stayed to a late MK park close, and as the family was cruising along in the monorail I looked at the hordes of guests at the bus pickups and was glad not to be a part of that herd...it looked like a total mess. Now I may be a part of that herd.
